I’m Donald R. Payseur, entrepreneur, pilot, and author of Flying High. For more than three decades, aviation has shaped how I think about leadership, decision-making, and resilience. In the cockpit, preparation is everything, humility is essential, and mentorship can be the difference between success and disaster.

Drawing from real-world flying experience and decades as a business owner, I speak to audiences about leadership under pressure, the power of mentorship, faith in difficult seasons, and how disciplined thinking can guide better decisions in business and in life. My talks are practical, story-driven, and grounded in lessons learned the hard way.  Through keynote presentations and community talks, I aim to inspire leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations to navigate change with clarity, purpose, and courage - both in the cockpit and beyond.
